How long does it take to process an order? 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are located in and ship directly from Evanston, IL.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

What about shipping?

We ship Rooms both domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Chicago, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rooms Apothecary is not responsible for these charges if applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Note: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@roomsapothecary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
